All product goods remain the property of Femke Kleisen Designs until full payment has been made.
The prices on the Femke Kleisen Designs website are shown in Euros. These prices are only valid in Europe. All prices as shown on the website, online store are subject to change due to the fluctuating precious metal price.
All items are subject to availability. Every effort has been made to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, but errors may occur. If you want to order a product that is not available, we will follow up on your request immediately.
We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. Items shown are subject to availability.
PRIVACY POLICY
The private information necessary for the fulfillment of orders placed through our website, namely our customer’s personal information, delivery address and telephone number, will be kept by us in strict confidence and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties. Only the necessary information, i.e. the delivery address and telephone number, will be disclosed to third parties who deliver the product.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is deemed to have been made as soon as the full outstanding amount has been credited to the bank account of Femke Kleisen Designs.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Courier fees will be charged. During busy times your order may take longer to process and we thank you for your patience.
All orders are shipped registered within the Netherlands with PostNL. Orders take approximately 2 to 5 business days.
We aim to have all items listed in stock at all times, however due to circumstances beyond our control there may be a stock limitation. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, our team will contact you.
EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from us, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product, or for further information regarding returns, at the following email address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault, or any item returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
It is important that you clearly state your name, order number, account number with name and request for a refund or exchange in a covering letter. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your return.
You will receive an email confirmation once we have received and processed your return. The entire return process takes a maximum of 10 working days (depending on busy periods and your return type).
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the item within 5 days, but courier charges are non-refundable.
Due to the natural handmade nature of products, products may differ slightly from the images in the online store. Every effort has been made to accurately represent the size and color of the products, but colors may differ from the photos. Femke Kleisen Designs cannot be held liable for product variations.
